Go to Itunes Website using this link. http://www.apple.com/itunes/ Click the Download for free icon, put in your email address and download the latest Itunes version to your computer. 3) Subscribe via Podcasting software
1. Click the orange XML Button to open the XML file in your browser.
2. In the browser's address bar, select the URL, and copy it to the clipboard.
3. Follow the instructions from your favorite Podcatching Software (i.e. iPodder, iPodderX, Primetime, ...) for adding the feed (URL) to your list of Podcasts your are subscribed to.
Your computer will now automatically download new podcasts when they become available from the podcaster.

For best audio performance, right click the title link and "Save target as". This will save the MP3 file to your computer.
